What to do with the so called supporters

Post by Rocket »

Was at the game last night and some of the abuse so called Ulster supporters were giving our players and ref was uncalled for. Quite frankly I was embarrassed and some Ospreys supporters beside us were disgusted. ulster rugby need to do something about this. I'm fine with booing a bad ref decision but constant verbal abuse is uncalled for. The people I am talking about 3guys in the east terrace near the family stand 22 incase anyone heard them.

Now I know ulster rugby put out the rules but Stewarts are going to have start doing something about it on the ground. Which would be sad but I don't see what else can be done. A few people did correct them but it made no difference and they got abuse so in the end people just moved away.

A friend of mine was on the terrace, around the 22m line near the Memorial Stand, and she was equally as disgusted by some of the people near her and the abuse they were giving the ref and opposition. I won't go into details about exactly what was said, but I can say that Aisea Natoga was the recipient of most of it.

According to my friend a steward was informed of these comments and nothing was done, the steward didn't even move. If that is the case then I am appalled. Racism should not be tolerated in any form whatsoever.
You haven't seen me at my best yet. Let's be honest, you probably never will.

I was on the terrace at the Aquinas 22 and didn't hear that. The racist stuff certainly needs to be stamped on. I wouldn't tolerate it within my earshot.

Have to say though, for a top of the table sellout, the atmosphere was non existent for much of the game.
Volunteer at an animal sanctuary; it will fill you with joy , despair, but most of all love, unconditional love of the animals.

Correct. Only cheer when we are winning, slag them of when things aren't going our way. Should be cheering harder when things aren't going our way. Easiest way to beat the crowd at ravenhill is to win the first 20mins.

From what I can gather he might be a racist with a beard and an umbrella.
