I clicked on the UR email and got directly to the Ticketmaster match specific page.

There was an overall 'pop-up' which told me to type in the Code.

The box for the Code input was on LHS of the underlying page.

yeah seems to be the case, i can't enter the site via my email as i can only log onto it via one computer and it is 50 miles away and turned off, so will have to wait until the morning don't buy them all tonight leave some for me
