Stormers v Ulster Saturday March 30th 5:15pm Viaplay Sports
The Ulster Rugby Medical Performance team has issued a squad update ahead of Saturday’s BKT United Rugby Championship Round 13 fixture against DHL Stormers at DHL Stadium.
Billy Burns (shoulder) and Sean Reffell (ankle) both picked up injuries in Saturday's URC round 12 defeat to Hollywoodbets Sharks in Durban.
They will have scans today in Cape Town, and be further assessed through this week ahead of the upcoming fixture against DHL Stormers.
Squad updates in association with The Ulster Independent Clinic.

Billy injuring himself missing a tackle might sum up his time here.
I have my own tv channel, what have you got?

Ankle again. Pity as he has a lot of potential with a run behind him.
A LBP will be a good result against Dobbo's Stormers. Now there's a coach I'd take.
Senior players need to stand up- too many MIA. The cubs by and large went well against the Sharks Bokke

He has potential but as with others before we seem to go out of our way to sign sick notes with a poor record of staying fit… some sort of pattern thereCIMANFOREVER wrote: ↑Mon Mar 25, 2024 7:45 pm Ankle again. Pity as he has a lot of potential with a run behind him.

If I was McCloskey I’d take a retirement to France he will be the better for it …

The Stormers must be so confident that they think they can win even without Quentin Immelman as TMO this time

Have a very bad feeling about this game. Is it treasonous to bet the mortgage on Stormers to put a cricket score on us?

I would just be careful how you define "cricket score" on the betting slip.
I'm not arguing -

I'd bite someone's arm off for a point. But tbf I'd also settle for the likes of McCann, Wilson, Sheridan to all have good games in a losing battle. And maybe for our backline to show some sort of positives.

Have to agree. Whatever happened to that much vaunted backline?

Feel like our best chance of a point is if they put 50 points on us before half time then play touch rugby for the second half allowing us 4 soft consolation tries.
