I think we had a better backline on paper but they had the stronger pack. We should bring the positives and negatives thread. It's either brill brigade shyte or pessimistic moany shyte. Give some balance to.your evaluations otherwise it's minimisers and maximisers taking lumps out of each other. Tr...

EOS looks so much better. Bumped a player off at one point. A few scrums not great but radio commentary gave TOT the blame. In his radio Ulster interview Cooney highlighted improved fitness for the energy in the last quarter of the game. The McFarseland era was dogged late capitulation and poor fitn...

Just rewatching the game. I don't see the sh1tshow that some have declared (yet). The resurgence of some players looks promising. Some tries butchered so far. BB has just gifted them a try. His kick charged down and he then misses the tackle. I won't miss him. We are spending the OH budget on someon...

Could 84k children beat the current Ulster XV or the 2012 one? I hope Ferris tweets this....

Re: Totally Inappropriate
I think we can all agree that if some idiot tried to wave a Swastika at Ravenhill we would all agree that it was Totally Inappropriate. Not least because it is not Red & White or Red and Yellow. And if it was not confiscated at the gate i might try and drag it off the idiot as whilst i have a l...

Re: Squad depth 2024/25
A lot of these guys could do with a really robust preseason with a massive focus on fitness. Marty looks like he has been doing a far bit of cycling lately. AOC and EOS look in dire need of some conditioning too. Get this lot up the dunes again.

Maybe Marcus is the new Greg Jones. Good with the kids and possibly has designs on a career in childcare, post rugby?

He could live directly on the Malone golf course, specifically on the green at the 9th.justinr73 wrote:Ha ha.DodgyEverything wrote: ↑Wed May 15, 2024 9:33 am Was also rumblings about Caspar Gabriel, but with a name like that you legally can't live outside D4

I look at taking Leinster based players the same way. We give them a better life up here.Big-al wrote:

Re: Any word on the Academy?
Why? Almost half of them come from Leinster. Which is worrying. I don’t want to support a team of Leinster men. If I did, would it not be worthwhile travelling to the RDS every other week instead? What if a Ukrainian (or similar) refugee plays for Ulster? Will this be acceptable? what? WHAT IF A UK...
