Des Dillon joins Ospreys on loan from Leinster

We are pleased to be able to confirm that Leinster Number Eight Des Dillon has joined the Ospreys squad on loan from Leinster
Des Dillon is a member of Leinster’s current Heineken Cup squad, is aged 25 years, stands at 1.99m and weighs 114kg
Comment from Regional Rugby Manager, Derwyn Jones:
“We have signed Des Dillon on short term loan due to the injuries we have had in the back row to Ryan Jones and Andy Lloyd. I am sure Des will prove an invaluable member of the squad and he is available for selection against the Blues on Thursday. He will bring an added physical presence to our back row during a period where the local derbies will test our squad to the fullâ€
