You lot not got electricity yet down there??
Pal- I have the biggest Hydroelectric Power Station in Ireland, completed in 1929, sitting less than 2kms from the house where I grew up. It once provided enough electricity to support the entire demand in the country. Now it supports about 2% of the demand. Feck how things change in a fairly short time.

Now that is the answer you deserve for such a cheeky fecking question. :D :D

Baggy, come back; somebody needs to give Russ a pair of clown shoes and shoot him in the mouth.

Wicklow me ballix- Tis only in the ha'penny place compared to the glory of Co. Clare. :D

Though to be fair I meant river hydroelectric facility.

Pretty class place. I remember going up there as a young lad, with a friend whose Da worked there, and being well impressed by the machinery and all.

Turlough hill featured in my inter cert geography.
Pump up the water at night when demand for electricity is low and release that to generate electricity during the day when demand is high.
Sounded great but you don't hear much about it now and they never built another.
Makes me wonder if it was all it was made out to be.

Also on mature reflection it's a bit of vandalism slicing off the top of a hill like that.

Really sad hack on a windows 8 computer today. I couldn't find 'computer'. So I right clicked on the desktop and created a new folder, opened it and found my way there that way.

I always thought of Baggy as the George Hook of the UAFC. What he says really annoys you but you are still interested in hearing it.

Yes
Often people who go by pseudonyms are pictured together as they are 1 and the same
