"Nick Williams was unavailable for selection"
Anyone have a clue as to what the above means
If he's injured than why not just say so?

Re: Treviso v Ulster
With that crap Treviso team, our strongish team, the fact that it will be a Sucre-free zone, I expect a thunderingly good 5 pointer .................. always excepting the possibility that Clancy may wish to act the frigging arsewipe.
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

Probably wrong, but it smacks to me of management speak for a disciplinary!Rovi Snave wrote:"Nick Williams was unavailable for selection"

I'm not arguing -

Oh we're a cruel bunch! I don't recognise too maybe of that pack, in fact only Williams in backs. Should be a five pointer if we keep Clancy happy in the scrum and at the breakdown. With Cave back at 13 and Jared back at 15, the balance has been restored and I predict young Gilroy to run a few in. As keep the error count low and boys should be able run a few in. Dry conditions will help.
Re: Treviso v Ulster
Only a couple of full changes from the Treviso side who were so poor against the Os (good lot of positionlal changes). It seemed to take the welsh an age to work out that all they had to do was run at their 3/4 line to make a breakthrough. Hopefully we will have that sussed from the opening minutes. I think we have the better players 1 thru 15 and beyond. I'll be dissapointed with annything less than 5 league points.

Re: Treviso v Ulster
The half-back pairing are both internationals, so we'll still have to do the dog work on the ground to deny them a platform. Get our mental preparation right and there's no reason for Treviso to score any points at all.Joe Schmo wrote:Oh we're a cruel bunch! Sure, we even managed to put a bonus point on them when we were playing in conditions comparable to a Dutch coffee shop!
Re: Treviso v Ulster
Where has the Treviso team disappeared to? I'm sure someone had posted it yesterday.

We have a bench that wouldn't look out of place for Treviso.
Reverse impact whatever that is.
Re: Treviso v Ulster
Come on now lads, Im all for showing respect to the opposition, but if we can't get a BP win against that lot on a dry day, then we don't deserve to be in the top four

I take it back, with the exception of Bergquist and Bacchin they're all Italian internationals Bergquist used to be with Leinster a few seasons ago, but Madigan had a nicer hair do, so he had to go.UpAtSix wrote:The half-back pairing are both internationals, so we'll still have to do the dog work on the ground to deny them a platform. Still think, we have enough for the 5 points.
