40 of the 63 knobs were not parked in their reserved bays.
14 of (perhaps) 17 disabled places were unoccupied.
I was parked on the roundabout.
Some were on the all-weather pitch.
I have not yet received any response to my email.

Off Topic I know but the match programme was reduced by £1 this evening.

No matter where ya go these days, there are always unoccupied "Disabled" spaces.

I'm beginning to think we have a shortage of disabled people to fill them

you being serious? shock...
number of disabled spaces provided at ravers are due to a certain % requirement of total capacity being catered for.
as for your thoughts on shortages of disabled persons...why not go back to making lots and lots of flags, 6-7 can never be enough for one man...

All disabled get in through back gate at present, any I saw cables in that area last night were far fitter than yourself, in fact some of them looked like a good walk would do them good.

Lots of time to meet old grumpy friends and make new ones.

As a newcomer around here, I would like to meet you and become one of your "new ones". Would that be possible?

BTW, d'ya ever see that "old grumpy" guy that used to be on here ... he posted THOUSANDS of times ... absolute drivel ... but he disappeared when they redesigned the site?

And just to keep it on topic, I never paid for a parking space, so I don't know where anyone, able bodied or ailing, had to park.
I nearly said hello to you on Friday night when you were in the gazebo (in the car park) with TOK, MUM and others unknown to me, but thought better of it.

At the Bath match, I shouted ''Hello'' to a bearded rotund lump in an Ulster Top with Cap'n Grumpy emblazoned on the back but he simply ignored me - or should that have been, he ignored me simply - as he does most things !!!!

An update on the Aquinas Parking arrangements.

Ulster Rugby have informed me that there has been NO CHANGE to the arrangements applicable last season. They have not replied to my response to that statement sent a week ago.

I today read the latest Park and Ride information from UR. Tucked in a single sentence after the Park and Ride information is ANOTHER CHANGE to the Aquinas arrangements:
For those who are parked in Aquinas, the gates will close one hour and thirty minutes after the game
This is a further change from last season. Indeed it is a change from early August this year when UR wrote to me thanking me for purchasing an Aquinas Pass for 2008/09 and informing me:
The car park will open ......................... and will close two hours after the final whistle
BTW the Llanelli Programme is £3 tomorrow evening - a 50% increase on last years ML programme price. But sure you can obtain information in it about the launch of the new UR website.

Poor communications, (& perhaps a lack of courtesy?), with the fans seems to be the problem with UR, so easy to resolve at no cost!!
Seems to be the height of it............but i'm not surprised.

Suggest you apply for a disabled parking bay Mr C, or failing that a refund should be in order in view of the information you were given.
Park and ride would serve you just as well.

£3 for a programme...................they're taking the pi$h.
Stand up for PICU R.V.H.
