It's amazing how different the liberty stadium looked last night with people in it

I just don't like being too far from the pitch, where any guldering etc has little or no effect - and high up in TP is too far from the pitch for me, likewise the top tier of ANY stadium. It's the difference between spectating and supporting. Just my opinion.

Re the bars
The actual statement on UR Is
"The Bars at both ground floor and first level at fit out stage"

Well if they look anything like what's under the Memorial Stand, it shouldn't take long.rumncoke wrote:Re the bars

I understand that they are similar at ground level but for ST holders on high a more salubrious finish as altogether as is fitting if the ST Holder who sits on his posterior, rising occasionally to SUFTU.Wee Woman wrote:Well if they look anything like what's under the Memorial Stand, it shouldn't take long.rumncoke wrote:Re the bars

NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

Are there plans to have restricted access to one / some of the bars i.e a requirement to purchase a Scoop type bar pass?BaggyTrousers wrote:I understand that they are similar at ground level but for ST holders on high a more salubrious finish as altogether as is fitting if the ST Holder who sits on his posterior, rising occasionally to SUFTU.Wee Woman wrote:Well if they look anything like what's under the Memorial Stand, it shouldn't take long.rumncoke wrote:Re the bars

From what I understand, there will be pleb bars and then a mezzanine with bars - like the toilet bowl
Wonder will we use the Aviva moniker in a few weeks time

It was mentioned at one time. Don't know if it's in the current plans. In an ideal world, I think UR would like to consolidate their post match drinking (and dare I say, entertainment) in one area, which by nature should be open access to all(perhaps premium lounge excepted).promenader wrote:Are there plans to have restricted access to one / some of the bars i.e a requirement to purchase a Scoop type bar pass?BaggyTrousers wrote:I understand that they are similar at ground level but for ST holders on high a more salubrious finish as altogether as is fitting if the ST Holder who sits on his posterior, rising occasionally to SUFTU.Wee Woman wrote:Well if they look anything like what's under the Memorial Stand, it shouldn't take long.rumncoke wrote:Re the bars

What about the Warren Gatland who we can see banging his missus when having a pint behind the new stand?

Sure, and we'll all be getting calls on our phones telling us how to submit claims for injuries after we fall down the stairs.Russ wrote:From what I understand, there will be pleb bars and then a mezzanine with bars - like the toilet bowl
