Williams is no longer suspended as of today.

Tuohy would need to tighten up or Browne will take his starting spot.

Has Browne played 6 in pre-season at all? Know he can, you'd like to think sticking him in ahead of Ross would make sense. Browne-Faloon-Diack might give me a wee bit of confidence in the world. Only wee though.

Shame Paddy's attempts to free himself of Ireland duty didn't work

Already has in my book. Not saying it's permanent, but DT needs a kick up the asre and if selecting Browne ahead of him does it, all's well and good; if not, I like what little I've seen of Browne.

Based, as suggested, on pre-season matches.

Might as well continue from where I was last season.... It doesn't matter what team we put out, we are so badly coached a long season of mediocre awaits.....Lions led by Doakies

Interested to know your coaching credentials, Scrum. Presume you do have some experience to be able to make such an incisive, overarching analysis.

IN all fairness Rocky, Scrumscious makes a fine point, last season we were abysmal and yet ................. but for Ricky Lutt.........nah, spilt milk.............. but for one stupid eejit .............. no good, I can't say it, it wasn't fair, it wasn't as if Ricky had played all season before doing an "Inthearse" and ruining a chance to win something. Big lig just though he was on a training jolly.

So for info, the 2 sides are missing the following players on Friday due to the rwc:

Ulster - Best, Henderson, Henry, Jackson, Cave, Payne, Bowe (Ireland) and Pienaar (South Africa) - 8

Ospreys - Jarvis, Baldwin, James, Wyn Jones, King, Lydiate, Tipuric, Webb, Biggar (Wales), Matavesi (Fiji), Tyler Ardron and Jeff Hassler (Canada) - 12

Ospreys have brought in the following players for this year who will be available during the rwc

Brendon Leonard from Zebre
Gareth Delve from NEC Green Rockets
Kristian Phillips from Scarlets

Will be a big test of SID for both sides.
