Hi Skyhawk
Browner said it all with his post. You couldn't fail to admire what Munster did on Saturday.
It was a wonderful display and, with the Leinster result on Sunday, has been a much-needed shot in the arm for Irish rugby. Hopefully we can now put the disappointment of the autumn and the Lions behind us and see some of this form reproduced at international level.
Munster v Sale

You have summed up the arguments nicely, my concern is the fact that USAP have already played twice in LR. On the other hand, I know that the atmosphere generated by Munster will be far more intimidating than that of the Leinster V USAP game (no offence to Leinster).aarons wrote:You're welcome, I think it's safe to say the Ulstermen (and women) are behind all three provinces.Skyhawk wrote:I have just read your 7 pages and thank you for all the nice comments. I was in TP and the intensity and excitement was phenomenal. I hear now that we may be playing our QF in LR (Personally I would like to see it played in TP)
I think the game has to go to Lansdowne - the money that can be generated shouldn't be thrown away. And as many people should be able to see it as possible. And we all remember the Wasps game, you can make as much noise at Lansdowne as anywhere else. But it's slightly worrying that Perpignan have won an HEC game at Lansdowne before..

having watched the munster game on tv on saturday & having always wanted to go to Thomond Park - if theyre were more tickets available i think it would be better kept in TP - however if its shifted to LR & thyeres a chance of more of us getting tickets & being able to go watch then im all for that
George Hook was campaigning the other day for it to be moved to Croke Park - we could all go then but Hook is a numpty
