Didn't see London.
I've tried to watch this one but, nope... I'm off to do a jigsaw.
Apart from anything else, it's a horrific waste of money.

The last ten minutes were good. The flame on the balloon was incredible and although I'm by any means a fan, Celine Dion was amazing.

Interesting that the two big names at the cermnony were N. Americans: Celine Dion and Lady Gaga. Wouldn't have thought the French would have gone for that.

French is her first language. French-Canadian and of French descent. Her performance after seeing her struggles in her documentary was all the more impressive.

That's what they said, Dionysius or Bacchus or something but even a quick look at Da Vinci's painting would make you wonder. Even if we accept that it wasn't intentional, how on earth could no-one have picked up the possibility for confusion and offence in the preparation in the last few months.
