Same sentiment applies at an empty Aviva. I notice UR are mentioning refund 'options'. Could this mean an ask for season ticket holders to donate the value like was done at the start of covid?kingofthehill wrote:It’s not at RDS.jean valjean wrote:Well at least we will get to see the true commitment and resilience of the team. With no ravenhill factor it is up to the the players themselves to generate the desire for 80 minutes. LR might find it hard to get up for it in a soulless cold RDS. Game on I reckon.

went well last time we played in an empty Aviva
You've got to get your first tackle in early, even if it's late.

Where is Sadie when you need her? Bound to be some good inside gossip this week. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but we really do deserve the full story of what went on these last 10 days or so. When did the covers go on? Was it a few days into the cold snap when the damage was done? When did the heaters turn up? Was it only in the last few days?
Why was the aviva not identified a few days ago which might have opened up the possibility of allowing crowds.

Did we expect a different outcome? UR is going to become a byword for mediocrity. No doubt a meme will be available shortly to reinforce this.
Shambles from start to end.

Any other matches cancelled/relocated this weekend? Is Belfast the coldest part of Europe/the UK/ Ireland? Anybody else thinking Ulster rugby is a bit of a joke outfit?

Glasgow relocated to Murrayfield for this evening’s Challenge Cup match. Don’t know whether there were paying spectators.promenader 2 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 16, 2022 11:32 pm Any other matches cancelled/relocated this weekend?
