I would just like to publicly express my gratitude to fine mine such as Eddie Wigglesworth who freely give of their valuable time to facilitate our evening's entertainment. It must be a very difficult job, so if you see this Eddie I'd like to invite you out for a drink after. There may even be some rather friendly ladies (or men, obviously, if that is your preference) in attendance.
In summary nothing bad ever happens at "The Kingspan Stadium" unless committed by the visiting team.
So nothing to see here, move along.

Presumably Cardiff are going to be thinking about their European game the week after when it comes to team selection?

Only had sam warbuton and scott andrews in the welsh 23 on Sat. Andrews was on the bench so probably will play, would be surprised if Warbuton is involved on Fri with the Dragons game the following week.

Probably can't get into the Champions cup next season through their league position, but if they won the Challenge Cup would replace the 7th placed team from the league in the end of season playoffs with the AP and Top 14 sides for the last spot in the competition next season. Should have at least one eye on that Dragons game.

Just for you Baggy:

He went to his mama, he covered his head
He told his mum what his father had said
His mother she laughed,
she said: "Go man, go
Your daddy ain't your daddy, but your daddy don't know"

And you know where that came from.. :thumleft:

Sir Lancelot Percival, English gent who for some reason seemed to think he was from the Old Caribe, I suppose at least he seldom blacked up.

I prefer Slasher Distillery's version:

A bout de patience,
Il s'en fut écœuré
Raconter à sa mère toute la vérité
Sa mère se mit à rire
Et lui dit : "Ne t'en fais pas
Ton père n'est pas ton père
Et ton père ne le sait pas"

So, I'm assuming after his sterling job in Newport that Darren Cave will retain the captaincy and start with young Olding, the ideal combo in mine. If Paddy Jackson doesn't start I'll eat me Barmah.

Hendo should be available, the other bench players plus Healy & SOB are apparently, so I'm guessing Roger will bench after his spell on the naughty step. Ludik 15, Gilly & Gingah ont'wings.

I seriously hope that Ruan has had a good rest, he has looked like he needs one recently after 4 years more or less permanent rugby. Need him somewhat sharper for the run in.

The rest more or less picks itself. Wonder will the Doak-Clark show give Big Licence any time just for a change, he has been strangely overlooked this season.
