Really...... ALL the players in Leinster academy studying for a 3rd level qualification?

yeah they are all at various stages of getting degrees while in the academy, mostly in UCD but some in other institutions in dublin.

Thing is though, Dublin has quite a good few universities so belfast can't really compete with that.

What was the name of the promising ballymoney second row, massive big athletic lump who broke his leg in some underage match season before last. Is he one of those 3 second rows in the academy?

Blair isn't in the academy, wouldnt be surprised if he was in the sub-academy and they were tracking his recovery and return to rugby with ballymena. He is still only 21 which is very young for a lock, just needs to stay injury free and get some games under his belt.

[quote="Bayern"
Connor Young - Queens[/quote]

Is this guy in the academy or not? As the previous page had it stated that he was the most promising scrum half in ages but was going to England/not staying with Ulster? I'm sure I've seen his name on Ravens or u20's sides recently? Given that we desperately need some quality at 9 behind Ruan [no harm to beagle but he is not consistent enough and not that young either..] I'd be interested to hear wether Young has decided to stay or not.. cheers.:)

Conor is here and playing for Queens. Really not sure if he is in the full academy or the sub Academy, but he is here for sure. He was going to go to University in England but that got changed and he now attends Queens. He played in the AIL last week coming in as a replacement and did well.

I believe that list above by Bayern is correct. The Queens players are for sure.
