as i said i would let Olding go and have be part of the u20's - but can understand the reasoning of him being brought through quicker due to luke's layoff. Diack on the emerging Ireland team for couple reasons id rather Henderson started in america and i think its a waste of time for diack to go and hold bags

ATM Diack is a more complete player than Henderson. I'd have him first - in a heartbeat!! Think it's more likely that some of the southern back rowers will go however.

Id agree at the minute he is the more complete player and i would defiantly start him over Henderson at six next week at the RDS but i think Henderson has the potential to be a great player and to be and around the Ireland team for the next 8-10 years. Diack i think is at very most a very good provincial player.

With BOD extending his contract for one extra year,I reckon Schimdt will be doing his best to win the 6 Nations next year.To that regard it would probably make more sense for him to have a look at players on the periphery,and then use the Autumn internationals to start to develop his 6 Nations team.With players on the Lions tour and with a few injuries the two tours may be a Probables tour V a Possibles tour.This would give him a chance to rest players and test out future combinations.

A number of players were not considered due to injury including;

Stephen Ferris, Eoin Reddan, Luke Fitzgerald, Gordon D'Arcy, Luke Marshall, David McSharry, Keith Earls, Stephen Archer.
So is Gilroy not in the frame :scratch:

Well I can see an Ireland team starting with an Ulster majority

The fall of Michael Bent has been quite spectacular.
