That is correct, they have to allocate tickets of each category based on 25% of seats in each category.cardoc wrote:going by what was said last night at the redevelopment meeting the ERC demand 25% of tickets for each area must go to the visiting team.mikerob wrote:Anyone know how many sold to date if all cat 1s and cat 2s have been sold?
I may have picked that up wrong but i'm sure someone will put me right.
Has anyone checked if Sarries have sold all their cat1 & cat2 tickets yet?

It wouldn't surprise me if UR have withheld some of their allocation from release to ST holders, in order to facilitate some of our 'travel partners', then they'll appear back on the market when no longer required.

Just lifted this off the Sarries forummikerob wrote:Anyone know how many sold to date if all cat 1s and cat 2s have been sold?

it will be interesting to see if they cap the crowd to just the lower tier until that's all sold out or if they go to the middle tier for £50 tickets
if you think there must only be around 7k tickets at that price and with probably 4k of them going to Season ticket holders (at £25), plus mates and Ulster getting at least 1.5k of those in allocation, there can only be around 1000 for general sale at £50

Re: It's Twickenham
I asked last night when buying mine.
Ulster got 8kish tickets, but if they sell them can and will request more. Saracens have only opened the bottom tier, but if it sells out will open the middle of the next tier, sell those, and expand out fro there. I think opening a whole tier and not selling it out costs a lot in added stewards, so they will open a nod steward it in sections.

Re: It's Twickenham
So we have sold
Cat 1
Cat 2
Cat 3
Just Ulster's allocation? 8500 or all 34000
Reckon Sarries will give us more?
Would love to see a head to head of our numbers sold versus theirs

Hmm, My group of 4 finally got there act together there and booked our flights. However I'm now struggling to get cheap hotel or b&b near twickemham or Richmond, where I'm sure all the craic will be on the Saturday night.
Anyone got any suggestions? We will probably be hiring a car, arrive sat morning, flying back Sunday afternoon.

Ithryn - try Travelodge Teddington. Only open a few months ago and 10 min taxi from Twickenham. Or Park Hotel Teddington, but it would be more pricey
