Saracens chief executive Edward Griffiths last night (SUN) said the club were looking at a number of options, which is likely to include Wembley, the mk:stadium in Milton Keynes and possibly even one more finale at Vicarage Road.

I'd say Wembley isn't viable with the JPT final on the Sunday. Stadium:mk seems a bit far out.

As oppossed to South Africa?

Stadium:MK would suit me to a tee. Quick trip on the train, few beers from the Asda, trip either to Northampton or home afterwards.
Never been to Northampton so if a lot of Ulster folk are basing themselves there, it'd be nice to meet up with a few beers.

Aye I rememebr that one. IIRC we were only a few points down towards the end and thought Tommy had scored in the corner but he was edged into touch. In true Ulster fashion in those days we then conceded a penalty and ended up losing by 8 or 9 and gave away the losing BP .

Remember spending most of the day/evening in the Walkabout which was ok. Isaac Boss was in there and was very good with the fans.

ps. Anyone remember if that was the game where we beat them with a BP the week before and their coach said that they were going to "smash" us the following week?

I remember the Walkabout bar . An Ulster flag was stuck up on the ceiling and the manager was at pains to remove it. It ended up the chef was sent out from the kitchen to lower the colours and whilst up the ladder got himself debagged

I'd forgotten about that incident and yes, it was absolutely priceless. The "downside" of having an early kick off I guess
