Re: TRANSFER RUMOURS!!
Now that's what I call a missed opportunity to spread a rumour!
From the rolling glens of Antrim through the hills of Donegal we will stand and shout for Ulster as we win both scrum and maul from the lovely lakes of Fermanagh tae the shores of ould Lough Gall we will scream and shout for Ulster as we beat them one and all!

Now Gentlemen ORDER ORDER ORDER. I am astonished at the number of people trying to lay down ground rules for the quality of rumour to be posted ................... only in Ulster eh? what? eh?
If someone wishes to post that he heard a rumour that Barry John is feeling a little unfulfilled having retired at 26 and is coming to Ulster, so what? Not going to happen but where is the harm, just the same bullshit as on other threads, use yer wit FFS & quit throwing your toys about.
Its a rumour, the trick with rumours you see is not that you are fed up hearing crap, its that you are afraid to look ridiculous if you invest hope in it & are equally worried they if you poo-ho it & by a miracle it comes to pass you look at know it all chube who doesn't know his Brennan from a hole in the ground.
I don't know it there is a recognised "phobia" for fear of rumours but it is alive and well here.
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

Re: TRANSFER RUMOURS!!
Oh dear oh dear, I just got the message below from mulligan on twitter after I asked about who the backrow signing was going to be:
there loads of whispers, but I'm told UR not even close to signing anyone and still looking
Re: TRANSFER RUMOURS!!
I heard a rumour that our back row signing is Talei, it is from a good source that has be proven before. It would only be a short contract and humph will be looking for a top quality NIQ signing for 2013/2014. Talei signed 3 years with Edinburgh from 2009/10 season.
Re: TRANSFER RUMOURS!!
Talei seems to have a year to run on his contract according to this:

Re: TRANSFER RUMOURS!!
Our bestest mate here ... Hugh Fartface in the Indo is saying that McL has yet to sign on for the Academy and may not be staying.
Always ask yourself, "What would Big Rodney do"... And every time the answer is... "Eat It"
Re: TRANSFER RUMOURS!!
He said after the final that he's lucky he has a great job to step into (the academy role) so I assume he'll be taking it and I really hope he does. Ulster really need as many quality coaches at underage level as possible and the likes of McLaughlin is perfect for the role. He is an experienced and successful schools coach, so he'll be fit to work easily with kids, but he has also held coaching roles at the very highest level.Cornerfleg wrote:Our bestest mate here ... P.S - I'm pretty pleased, albeit slightly worried that Ulster are still looking for a backrower, hopefully means there it won't be Williams.
If they are tight for cash and options, nipping down to Leinster and signing Jordan Coughlan and/or Conor Gilsenan would be great, both powerful and very talented young backrowers.
