When you have a bunch of poeple in close contact for periods of time clashes of personality occur if the clash is extreme maybe it is better for all that a contract is broken, quitely .its hard enough to love some some of time impossible to love everyone all of the time.

Dai Young has done 9 years and after a poorish season last year fecked off as the writing was on the wall. Phillips was not wanted by the Tosspreys on the other hand and they have lightened their wage bill. As for Xavier, I reckon he was just worried about the quality of Ulster sheep.
