I may be a big lad but I'm losing weight, some of you could all do with the same! You all stand watching the game drinking beer and eating burgers shouting abuse! Keep doing it! It's all part of the crack! I may be big. But I can lose weight. You lot will always be ugly!! Haha!!

I absolutely love doing Sparky. We really need to get behind our guys this year. Last year was too quiet. This year, we still haven't really started! We need to shout and sing for 80 minutes. Then you can feel deserving of your beers and burgers.

At the minute, you lot have a wee bit of work to do! I will try and get you going, but you need to make the effort too!!

So if worrying about the size of Sparky is all you can do, I'd stay at home with the missus and stick on Coronation Street! It's not what we need.

So come on!! Let's let the guys know we are there!
