Sounds like the Churchill Arms... dunno if it has Setanta but everytime I've been there it has been so crowded you wouldn't be able to see anything anyway! From reading this thread, it seems like the NI footie guys and Ulster rugger guys have been living in a parallel universe!
For London NISC "meetings" (a rather more dignified term than is merited!), we've tended to use the O'Neills in Upper Queen Street.
Agree totally that the Manager and his staff are top-rate. (Perhaps your experience as rugby fans is different, but it's always good to find a boozer which doesn't treat football fans like dirt
)
AFAIK, for the NI v England game (Sep.7th), some of our guys who couldn't make it back to Belfast went there and had a great time: the ROI game v France was also showing, the atmosphere was great, James Nesbitt came in and started buying champagne etc etc. (The result wasn't bad, either
)
Otherwise, we've used the Famous Three Kings in West Kensington. They're hugely geared up for football fans, from all over the World, but Richard the manager, seems to have a "soft spot" for the NI Boys! (Btw, some of your posters were concerned about it being a bit far West; I actually think that its location right next to West Kensington Tube negates that somewhat?)
Somebody mentioned Captain Morgans in Brentford - I've been there to watch Premiership Football via live Satellite (from Dubai, or somesuch?) and I know they have Setanta - the Head Barman is a Gaelic Footballer. It's a friendly spot, but small, so easily packs out.
Besides that, the Bricklayers Arms on Tottenham High Road (N17, close to Spurs ground) is run by Kenny, a member of London NISC from Omagh. It's a bit far out for most, but you will always get a good welcome.
As for other venues, we had a "do" in "Bar Kick" in Shoreditch a month back, where we invited our counterparts in the London ROI Football Supporters club. The bar is actually themed round Table Football (!), but I thought it was kinda cool, a bit different from the norm, and with its fair share of fit-looking young Italian talent (never a bad thing, in my book!)
The other Venue I'm surprised you Rugby Guys haven't considered is the, er, Walkabout on Shepherds Bush Green. It always shows the 6 Nations, Lions, Super 12 and so on and attracts loads of Kiwis, Aussies, S.Africans etc So long as they don't talk to their Watford Outlet, they might be prepared to have us all sometime

Keiran in O'Neills Great Queen St is a top bloke but they don't have Setanta Ireland. He told me that it costs quite a bit of money and he doesn't think it is worth it. He said he would consider subscribing for a month or so at the end of the season if Ulster were still in with a shout and there were some crunch games.
Likewise, the F3K doesn't have Setanta. They do show the HC games and I'll ask there for Treviso v Ulster which is on Sky Italia.
Captain Morgans is a great spot - it is 10 mins walk from where I live, they've shown every game I've ever wanted to see and they have a flexible approach to closing times, but it a bit of a trek for people in N, S and E London.
I haven't asked the Walkabout in the bush but it is quite different from the one in Watford where there did seem to be some locals for their "big night out in Watford" (!) and as you say, the one in the bush is virtually all kiwis/saffies/aussies but I can ask anyway.

As territorial has already mentioned, the London NISC use the O'Neills in Upper Queen Street. Kieran is a top man and very and treats us very well every time we go. He has also donated money in the past for an Azerbaijan charity appeal when NI played there last year. Another pub that you may want to consider is The Stage Door at Waterloo (Webber Street, beside the Old Vic). They have Setanta and the bar manager is an Aussie and a big sports fan as well. Im sure that if you called him he would put the rugby on. I don't know about Setanta Ireland but I am going there tomorrow night so I will check with him.

I'm definitely up for a joint night out sometime. Maybe we could try that new-ish sports bar near Kings Cross that the Munster men have been talking about. Or somewhere else where we want to get the management onside..
think that sports bar you speak of is nearer angel than kings cross aaron...

I'm not saying I can come but I'l certainly try to plan it in. It was good to meet some of you guys at the Sarries game in Watford
