slowed to a crawl. 4.50
pages timing out, going blank and refresh needed to bring back up again.

Been very easy for me Fermain...

At times it has had to be refreshed once or twice, expecially trying to view threads / topic thingys..
Some people say I used to be called Colzo. Don't listen to them people, I talk much less sense than Colzo.

Just in case anyone wanted to know the message I got when I tried visiting the physio thingy (which needs updated! :)), video section and home page..

Whoops!, The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Please try the following:

* If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly
* Open the http://www.uafc.co.uk home page, and then look for links to the information you want
* Click the Back button to try another link
* Click Search to use Google to look for information on the Internet.

Not a forum problem that, I was doing a bit of updating to videos and match report, fizzio out of date as he is overworked :lol: and perhaps part of his system was stolen by the videos :?
