yup! mallon's a decent squad player, and to be honest we're a bit light in the centre position next year with the RWC and 6N!

Not me... I think we should wait for the ink to dry. Saints fans seem to think Mallon played ok in their recent victory against the tiggers and the Saints management may demand a video of the scarlets game as evidence.
Talking about the saints... they'd be a good team for Ulster play pre-season - get some experience going to England and all that rather than farting about with the borders.
