If the quality of teams in the challenge cup remains high, the ticket income at Ravers should remain high. But presumably sponsor and tv money is considerably reduced. Anyone know by how much?thecrouch wrote: ↑Mon Mar 25, 2024 11:35 am I think unfortunately due to the nature of the URC we are overly reliant on Champions Cup rugby for income. I know people say we can drop down to the Challenge Cup and that's probably closer to our level, and I agree from a rugby point of view, but I am not so sure we can afford it financially.

TOT confirming he is looking to play both sides of scrum. If we can get Wilson up to speed before marty quits then it may not be a bad idea.
After Saturday he may not want to come up against a SA front row at tight head for a while.

Tbh this is ballix. At least we have a smidgeon of depth at TH. Me, I'd start Wilson on Saturday with Herring if fit and Hendo plus Sheridan supporting him.
