Munster stopped ulster taking a quick tap a few minutes from fulltime and Murphy didn’t say a peep.

It will be one of the softest yellow cards seen in rugby this season. Pure nonsense, Izzy is 120kg and given the nature of the penalty can’t be expected to bounce up on his feet within a second.
I agree 100%

But the card wasn't for not bouncing to his feet, it was for grabbing at the ball as he was getting up and stopping Munster from a quick penalty. It was daft though, to give Frank an opportunity.

And, yes, it will be not one of the softest, but probably the softest yellow card of the season.
