Hairsprays win not good for us either as it brings them back in the mix, and pulls Stormers back down. Connacht and Embra also back in the mix

Anybody got a source for gossip on Italian rugby? With Benetton doing pretty well and Zebre still languishing at the bottom of the URC, is there any sense among Zebre supporters of them being treated badly by the powers that be? In other words is there a parallel between Benetton / Zebre and Leinser / Ulster?

Yes it’s exactly the same.

Bunch of posh lads in Treviso, with your Benetton clothes people and the landed gentry of Venice, while Parma is surrounded by dairy farmers.

Hepburn seems like a reasonable signing for Scarlets at LH.

Connacht Rugby are delighted to announce the signing of Piers O’Conor from Bristol Bears for the 2024/25 season.

The Irish-qualified 28-year old joins after a six-year spell in Bristol where he amassed 132 appearances and 35 tries. He played a major role in a period of success for the Premiership side, which included a Challenge Cup winners medal in 2020. He was also named man of the match in one of his two visits to Dexcom Stadium, when he featured against Connacht during the 2020/21 Champions Cup campaign.

Expected to fill the gap of Tom Farrell who is apparently going to Munster.

Jack Dunne is also making the switch from Exeter.
