It’s still five weeks away.
No word on the European footy game at Windsor Park yet.

Re: PRE SEASON FRIENDLY
What would happen if the majority of season tickets are for the terraces? Could people be allocated seats for spacing purposes even if not paid for?Kofi Annan wrote:8k allowed apparently

Interesting comment on UR website. My interpretation would be that what they hope to receive in renewals from current STs will fill stadium based on what they know capacity restrictions will be.Currently, only existing Season Ticket holders can sign up for next season, with the availability of new tickets dependent on the further easing of capacity restrictions.
The Season Ticket renewal window will close at 5pm on Friday 30 July.
What were ST sales pre covid? 9000?

Re: PRE SEASON FRIENDLY
Social distancing was dropped to 1m today for sports wasn't it? That'll sure make a big impact.
Re: PRE SEASON FRIENDLY
13,000 allowed at Windsor for the Super Cup on August 11, 70% of capacity. People who get tickets will need to show proof of double vaccination/provide negative PCR/lateral flow test upon entry. No food/drink on sale in ground.

If anyone has an available ticket let me know

Re: PRE SEASON FRIENDLY
The (east) Terrace will inevitably be the tricky part as that's where the majority of standing STs will be. Wonder if there will be several thousand socially distanced stencilled feet on the steps?
Volunteer at an animal sanctuary; it will fill you with joy , despair, but most of all love, unconditional love of the animals.

Re: PRE SEASON FRIENDLY
And maybe e.g. Only 50% of sitting STs Allowed into the stands?
Re: PRE SEASON FRIENDLY
My understanding is that 1m social distancing is not mandatory.

Re: PRE SEASON FRIENDLY
Yes advisory only for outdoors, but I can't see UR not trying to limit numbers to adhere to it. I hope they are able to balance out the ST numbers around the ground. Having 8k will be like the good old days.justinr73 wrote:My understanding is that 1m social distancing is not mandatory.

Re: PRE SEASON FRIENDLY
ST holders had dropped to in and around the 8k mark therefore if the initial uptake matches that, should mean an ST gaurantees attendance.
