Any country wishing to join the Pro 14 should be represented by at lest 2 sides to ensure that no country is represented by its international side

Gerald, I assume Rum'n is referring to the Jaguares in Argentina. No new friends to meet when the internationals come along!

Also rumoured that Georgia may be interested along with a couple more SA sides to make a Pro16
