30 different bottles at our house.
Jinzu went down well on Sunday. Monday was Gordon's night obvs.
Yet to decide what's on the menu tonight.
Mauritian chicken and pumpkin curry for tea though. I'd better get cracking on that.

Surely you meant "light supper"? Tea should finish no later than 6.30, thereafter we move on to dinner & then light supper, finally late supper.justinr73 wrote:30 different bottles at our house.

Sorry to be a stickler Lionel but sure, just let it go over yer head and enjoy the gin.

Volunteer at an animal sanctuary; it will fill you with joy , despair, but most of all love, unconditional love of the animals.

That the one with the wee scarf to keep it warm? Still can't bring myself to try it, always think things with preposterous "signage" are usually shyte.shamalicious wrote:Opihr would go nicely with that.justinr73 wrote:30 different bottles at our house.

I suspect you are right Dave but sadly I'm entirely in the dark as to what a Bilbo is. I've heard of a dildo, Indeed Steely Dan - Messrs Becker & Fagen named the band after a dildo in a porn movie. But Bilbo?Dave wrote:There you have it. Big Merv always delivers the goods. I lolled.
By the way, are you all excited about seeing Marcell & Girrid at the weekend?
I've just seen a crack squad of flying pigs over Bangor, they seemed to be flying from Spanners direction. Hard to beat a good weekly whopper.

Re: Team to play Zebre.
I highly recommend reading The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien. It's about a Hobbit called Bilbo Baggins. The films are shyte.BaggyTrousers wrote:

Re: Team to play Zebre.
I believe I read Lordie, Da Rings about 48 years ago, was he in that? Don't think I'll read it & certainly won't be seeking out the film, I find fantasy & especially sci-fi tiresome, though doubtless old JRR, the mad ballix was spinning a moral tale amongst all the garbage.Dave wrote:I highly recommend reading The Hobbit by J.R.R. Anyway, this Biblo chap, a stickler for the correct terminology for meal times was he? Otherwise, I'm still pretty much in the dark.
By the way, doubtless, you know that our Belfast fantasist CS Lewis was a friend of Tolkien, I remember in the late1960s having to read his book of utter drivel, "Out of the Silent Planet", possibly for my Junior Certificate, Christ what a burden reading that shyte was, I suspect that is where my hatred of science fiction originates. Mercifully the only thing I remember clearly from it is some creatures called Sorns who would have made great lineout exponents as they were twice the height of the human.
I know Lewis is feted as a great son of Belfast but to me, he was an utter ar$e who should have spent much time with a reader of bumps trying to sort out what drove him to flights of ballix.
