Ulster v Scaaaaarlets Sun 21st Feb 2:30pm BBCNI/S4C

Post by Neill_M »

Another week, another home game :D , this time on a Sunday.... wonder what impact this will have on the crowd noise etc?
In terms of the game need to improve the performance - blowing too many try scoring chances, too many missed tackles. Would be good for once to not give the opposition a head start and not take 20 mins etc to get going.

No 6N games, so interesting to see who will be released from the Ireland camp, who will the Scaaaarlets get back from camp Gatland? Will any of the injured players return? The extra couple of days rest will help on that front. Discuss... :fleg:

Is there going to be a good protest ... cant beat a good protest. Placards, I demand 4 fut by 5 fut placards written in ball point pen or a felt tip that runs out half way through sending me to hell.

Jake Ball is the only Scarlet in the Wales squad who didn't feature against Scotland on Saturday so you'd imagine he'd be the only one released.

Similarly I would imagine we get back anyone who didn't play against France on Saturday. That's Herring, Jackson, McCloskey and Marshall.

Scaaaaaaarlets will also have Maselino Paulo back from suspension.

Has Marshall been 24th man for the last two weeks?

He may have been against the Dragons but he was in France with the Ireland squad at the weekend.

He meant was he Ireland's 24th man rucky.

And the answer is yes.

Hope we get all the lads back. The further away they stay from this puke rugby played by Ireland the better. We can only hope Schmidt hasn't coached the creativity out of them yet.

I meant for Ireland. Didn't make that clear, so yes. Mark Best appeared to be 24th on Friday night.

If Joe's under no circumstances do you offload rugby wears off on McCloskey he'll become so predictable he could play for England.
