I wondered a couple of times if he's been putting the lens for his right eye in the left, and the lens for his left, in the right?

Does it make him play like Clarence* the Cross-Eyed Lion and mistake the bounce of a rugby ball?

The Ulster Rugby Medical Performance team has issued a squad update ahead of Sunday’s BKT United Rugby Championship Round 10 fixture against Ospreys at Swansea.com Stadium.

Currently the players unavailable for selection are Rob Herring (elbow), Ben Moxham (knee), Stewart Moore (thigh), Alan O'Connor (ankle), Callum Reid (back), Kieran Treadwell (ribs).

Squad updates in association with The Ulster Independent Clinic.

Assuming NT is released, this must be the first time this season we’ve had our four best back row players available.

Very light at Lock. Izzy, Sheridan, Matty :duh:
Cameo from Hopes or Charlie Irvine?

Hopes with 20s so not available until 2 weeks after 6 nations.
Charlie sadly still injured and has sadly had a bad run of it. Not match fit and needs to prove himself and help Queens stay up first

I thought club trumped U20?
Didn't realise Irvine was injured. What do you think of his potential?

Wasn’t sure where to post this latest story on Nick’s health issues.

His friendliness was partially why I’ve ended up an Ulster fan.

Keep well big man.

AOC’s ankle injury is still keeping him out.

Pretty sure he was troubled with an ankle injury in the summer too and he was showing signs of wear and tear in the autumn.

I hope he’s not having to hang up his boots but if he’s with the NFU it could explain why our car insurance has gone up so fecking much.

+1.
Absolute legend. My favourite ever NIQ signing.

Was unplayable in his 1st and final seasons, and a combo of the great and crazy in the 2nd and 3rd seasons.
