Agree with the queries as to why Sheridan is only getting a chance now. Is there some view to give these young players a look at what playing at the top level is like in order to inspire them to greatness and work harder? Or does it make them think 'jez I don't know if I can do this?'.
As for resting Duane, he's gone at the end of the season and he can rest then, but we need every ounce out of him before he goes. I seriously doubt he will get selected for the world Cup. I wonder if he has been told?

I don't really, I just wondered what it would look like in print.

Two losing bonus point would be ideal.

Nice SUFTUM. That cheered me up. I reckon we are where we want to be. Get into the Parker Pen and cut loose.

4 points would be best. :bounce: La Rochelle have some injuries themselves to key forwards ( no Skelton or the big tighthead prop, I think). I’m hoping if Stewart Moore can defend well at 13 and Madigan steadies the ship at 10 then we will make a good competitive game of it.

It shouldn’t be blow out like 62-10 or similar.

I admire your optimism Al. It's really dependent on LAR attitude. A shellacking and they're home and hosed in the Group. F*CK points, for me it's purely down to attitude and fight. Especially from the "kids."
I rather we went full metal jacket and put Sale back in their box at Ravers.

No Antonio, Skelton or Dante so that certainly reduces their carrying ability. I don't think it will be a complete whitewash and it's a shot to nothing for ulster. A decent performance and no major injuries the key outcome.
