It was a slightly harsh red but I think anything to the head should be a card. Forget that mitigation BS.

Oh I don't disagree at all it was a red. Just that reds usually ruin games. 20 minutes seems right. Interesting to see if the south Experiment works

World rugby does have a big issue with red cards, if intent is of no relevance and du pont can get sent off for the kolbe incident last week world cup dreams can be destroyed completely outside your control

And then we have a yellow to Scotland in 80th minute for a tip tackle that sees the Argentine's players head driven into the ground. Mr Cheika will be displeased with the referee.

Eddie the goldfish survives another game. Perenara deserves to be booted round the stadium for that last ridiculous kick that allowed England to score.

Best result tonight: Stu to play a blinder and score three tries; Rob to come on, play a blinder and score three tries. All conversions missed and Aussies to win by a point with a penalty with the last kick.
