Standard anti NI bias by the Lahndahncentric meedya, although I'm sure the LR2 won't be complaining. Can you imagine the coverage if Farrell and another Lionel were involved in a trial like this?

In their defence, the current English squad are far too serious, glum or, in several cases, just too pug ugly to get themselves embroiled in these kind of situations.

Thankfully, English rugby has Danny Cipriani to keep the press occupied, and a very good job he does of it too. He's progressed from dating celebridies, to cheating on them, to being blackmailed by strippers - quality stuff.

Legal Aid speak for ... It’s a Coffee Bar
No 4 types draught lager about a dozen bottled stuff, usual row of optics with gin, vodka, whisky, whiskey, etc etc but no feckin Bushmills or Guinness.
It was terrible but I survived.

That's the feckin' Middle East for you Rooster, did you get the rest of the hostages out alive? Told you I'd never think of going there, now you understand part of the reason, no decent drink, all manner of colourful offerings but none of the Irishman's comforts. Pagans.

Did you get your bag tanned?

I can only speculate. Accordingly, I will speculate, with as much as no appropriate knowledge, that no local would take on such a fragile case, especially with some hints of ............... nah, maybe best not to say anything about previous.

Having speculated wildly and with zero inside knowledge may I just add that

Indeed it is also pertinent to say, I don't believe her. I could be wrong of course, but I don't and it's not favouritism, I simply don't buy what I've heard. As I say, every possibility that I'm wrong, it's happened maybe as often as half a dozen times over the last six decades. Just a personal opinion.

Not commenting on the lack of coverage in the press over thonder, more that the case will be lower profile for a QC from there than here.

Is he even familiar with 'Witholding Information'? Sure that isn't even an offence in England.
Just wondering, is he qualified to work in NI ?
Was he not touted as a high flying specialist in this type of case?

He may be specialised in rape, exposure and perverting cases, but unless he's done work here, he'll not have done Witholding* before.

*I believe England now does have a law on Witholding, but it only applies to specific crimes against weens.

What was "supposedly" withheld? I clearly missed that part.

I know of at least two things that have been withheld, I assume there may be more but of course, not for discussion here.
