Re: Moore To Ulster
Brilliant signing. Just what we need. Bring on a few more like that, release the number of players who have shown they will never make it and promote and give a chance to more academy players

Re: Moore To Ulster
He probably needs an op at the end of the season and is coming for rehab.
Need to know his favourite song so it can be added to the playlist.

If Rodney stays, they're going to need a bigger fridge.Dave wrote:It will be Rodney for the chop. Herbst is too injury prone to be relied upon. Moore, Herbst and Kane would be very good options at TH for us.thecrouch wrote:Are we dumping Herbst?
Moore is a great player, much better than what we have.

If Herbst is too injury prone to be relied upon, would he not be the one for the chop?justinr73 wrote:If Rodney stays, they're going to need a bigger fridge.Dave wrote:It will be Rodney for the chop. Hond would be a start.. as for Rodney I think if we give him another 3-4 years he could turn out to be really good...scrum5 wrote:If Herbst is too injury prone to be relied upon, would he not be the one for the chop?justinr73 wrote:If Rodney stays, they're going to need a bigger fridge.Dave wrote:It will be Rodney for the chop. Herbst injury prone but decent
RAY just injury prone
RAY just injury prone
I have my own tv channel, what have you got?
Re: Moore To Ulster
Was Rodney not on a two year contract, along with Charles? Hadn't heard it was renewed.

Props shouldn't be catching the ball anyway.boringperson12 wrote:Rory Best is a great player, Henderson is a great player. Marty Moore is not a great player. Overweight and struggles to catch a ball. Saying that, I've always thought he had plenty of potential and should never have been allowed to leave the remit of the IRFU. Still young at 26/27 and does have something to offer, so hopefully can raise his game.
Once he's fat enough to mince a few looseheads in the scrum he'll do the job.

I'm beginning to wonder if Herbst is actually decent, I used to think so.Dave wrote:Herbst injury prone but decent

Herbst played 24 games in his first season then 15 in each of the last 2 seasons, 9 this season.ColinM wrote:I'm beginning to wonder if Herbst is actually decent, I used to think so.Dave wrote:Herbst injury prone but decent

Not exactly a sick note, especially in that position, but he seems to be missing an awful lot which is not what you want from your project. Certainly, 15 games a year for a frontline player not called up for international duty is a poor return, you'd want 20 at least, 25 plus ideal.
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

Re: Moore To Ulster
Decent enough player but we need a core of quality running through the spine of the team to carry the average Joes
Climb up onto the top of your house and start screaming: 'stand up for the Ulstermen, stand.......'

Always ask yourself, "What would Big Rodney do"... And every time the answer is... "Eat It"
