Decent price for a larger flag. Can't vouch for quality though.

People who have bought this flag (Ulster Flag) also bought this one (Irish Tricolour)

Must have been thinking one for outside the house and one for the bonfire
Presoaked in paraffin

Definitely a Prod then.

A Taig would have bought a tricolour and a union fleg for the bonfire.

That was me. The neighbours aren't too chuffed during the HEC and the Twelfth fortnight when I fly the Ulster Banner, so I stick the old Tricolour out on the estate perimeter to pacify them. But they need not worry, as we're in the final I shall halve their rents for the duration of the 19th of May, and give them an hour off on the Sunday.

Any more info about flegs and airport security? Does anyone know if bigger poles that are split into sections would be alright in hand luggage and get through those scanners, don't want the extra hassle of going back just to check in some poles!

Cheers

Saw a number of people on an Aer Lingus DUB-LHR flight after the SF with the UR flags in their hand luggage, so no problem with those size of poles anyway.

I probably won't bother with flags, was just planning on painting the kerb stones of the Queen's Highway areound Twickers, someone mentioned to me this might be illegal in England, can anyone shed any light on this?

Simples:

1. Get a high viz jacket.
2. Tell anyone who asks that you're working for the council doing a bit of enhancement for th'Olympics and/or Betty Mountbatten's (Gawd bless 'er!) Jubilee bash.
3. Pound to a penny you'll get away with it. Might even be able to enlist the help of a few local residents to assist you.

I was here first  There was a wee Merv about here recently too.

Hope the kerbs are being done in red, white and black - if the Twickers Concerned Residents query this, tell them it's to encourage ethnic diversity

If there's any paint over maybe somebody would like to give the posts a lick on Friday night.

big mervyn........ seeing you kept quite after the painting at Ravenhill incident (unless it is big merv with the view over Ravenhill) maybe the painting of Twickenham could be arranged..
