The Irish Language - Lets try & learn one word a week.

Post by HwoodMike2umate »

No better place to start than the word "Ulsterrrrrrrrr".
In Irish it is ----- "Ulaidhhhhhhhhh".

That's quite enough for the first week.

I will get annoyed if folk do start bringing politics into this thread so lets get back to basics and learn another word this week. Its an easy peasy one.

"Drop Kick" in Irish is "Dropchic".

You see it aint that difficult at all folks.

Whats Irish, for , "you should be banned from kingspan ya prat" has Paula Rickshaw penned a letter to URon their policy for people illegally entering the playing area
“For the liespotter who knows how to listen well, the random words, sounds, and phrases in a person's speech are never as random as they seem. They offer a clear sightline into the liar's psyche.”

NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.
