Patience Snipe. If and when they reach the quarters, the media hype will have reached such proportions that you'll be having nightmares about an Engerland win and praying for the traditional exit with the customary controversy and/or humiliation.

Lionels eh, it’s a conundrum almost as old as the universe.

Thanks to 800 years of suppression, it is the duty of every Irish person, north or south, yes even those who mistakenly think they are British rather than Irishbogtrotters, to despise the English. Attitudes to other Brits, parsimonious Jock or thieving Taffy with his singysongy voice, are optional. Not so with Lionel, dislike of the Lionel is mandatory.

Certainly, travel outside of your friendship group or parish and the chances are that somewhere on your journey you will meet one or more Lionels who are thoroughly decent, atypical Lionels, almost as if they are proper good human beings, Never be fooled by these “false”Lionels. Like the False Black Widow Spider, common in España, you would be foolish to ignore the potential of the false Lionel to inflict stinging and prolonged pain.

It is only when seen in bunches will the most reprehensible traits of the true Lionel manifest itself. Typically this happens around a sporting event known as wendyball, though it also affects Rugby. “Mobbing” occurs and in bunches/mobs the Lionel has a tendency to mindless violence and a trancelike state in which the deluded Lionel will have overblown feelings of personal magnificence and that collectively they are not only invincible but a fine example to “lesser” nations, I.e. the rest of the world.

With this background information, the sage reader will understand the inherent danger in any inclination to dilute the normal levels of hatred reserved for not individual Lionels, but the Lionel nation, Ingerlund.

I suspect you have been helped,
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

FFS Snipe. You should know better than to give credibility to a bag sniffer. This thread should never have had new life breathed into it, even if he is bordering on giving an accurate answer. :D

A disgraceful, sizeist question! Wild swimmers are generously proportioned.

A disgraceful piece of sporting bias! Other sports are equally valuable and worth mention on an expert thread. They have been blatantly ignored.
