Now Jackie are you sure? because my hopefulness quotient is edging up towards critical mass. I would hate to be disappointed, it wouldn't be pretty.

They were told it is possible to detect gayness at 8 weeks and abort. Made their year. :D

Limerick City in at 66.9%.

Overall with half constituencies in it is 66.1%. Lots of Dublin still to finish so will push up closer to 70%.

This is a great day for us down here.
The forces of darkness have been well and truly beaten.
I thought we might win 60 to 40 but now it could get close to 70 30.

What was awesome was the power of young women on social media. They backed each other to vote and get their friends out. The polls say young women went 87% in favour of choice for abortion. Donegal was a bit of an exception. Maybe you could take it over?

Anyway, I'm off to Leinstertainment.

No. A highly restricted removal of the ban came into force in 1980. It wasn't until the 90's it was fully removed.

However as you well know my comment was in relation to Irish people ditching the disgrace that is the 8th Amendment which was effectively put in place on the orders of the controlling RCC of the early 1980's. As contraception has nothing at all to do with that I say yer off topic old chap. :D

Donegal the only constituency that voted no. 66.4% overall yes vote. Goodbye 8th Amendment. One more step forward.

Reading through FB and Twitter it would appear that the most vocal pro abortionists are carpet munching feminists, why is that ? is it just another protest to jump onto?

Most of them couldn’t get a shag in Ollies ffs
