USA is a third world shithole, as Trump would say.

A little bit of politics folks`

BaggyTrousers wrote:If you are looking for an impressive speaker, try young this young lady who saw friends shot by a madbastard in her school the other day. This was one of more than 200 multiple killings in American schools in the last 5 years, meanwhile the NRA's "friend in the White House" as he called himself took 30 million dollars in campaign funding from them so that they would be free to arm halfwits to the teeth.

You can buy a serious automatic weapon at 18 with barely a form to fill in, you need to be 21 to drink a beer. Madbastards, what a seriously fuc'ked up country. Furthermore one of Trumps first acts was to rescind the background checks that Obama had introduced for people with current & previous mental health issues, leaving over 70000 registered fu'ckwits free to arm themselves to fight their demons, kill ordinary people. (yes I know having a mental health issue doesn't make you a fuc'ktard, I'm living proof)

Very impressive speech, 11 minutes plus but worth taking that time. As a sad old ballix, she brought tears to my eyes.

I watched this yesterday, what a remarkable young lady and what guts. I hope she can inspire her generation to vote out the dinosaurs in the Whitehouse / Republican Party in the future.

Sadly it won't make an ounce of difference to that moron Trump right now, he's too preoccupied with making it all about him and his beef with the FBI. He's a hateful bar steward.

Trump is a disgusting individual. The forces of law and order leave a lot to be desired, but for the first citizen to deliberately falsely undermine the law officers in several different guides is disgraceful but hopefully indicates just how tenuous he feels his presidency is.

Having read some of the comments on these youtube clips I can't believe how these morons can't fathom that if you can't get a gun, you can't shoot somebody. Simple logic beyond their reasoning.

Their logic is everyone else has a gun so they need one as well. As is doing the rounds on twitter, if the top marksman in the navy seals can get topped by a crazy while being armed himself, what chance as Joe soap got.

Probably a bit higher if you add in the folks "accidentally shot" in their cars by the forces of law and order.
Volunteer at an animal sanctuary; it will fill you with joy , despair, but most of all love, unconditional love of the animals.

Yes, Jean that absolutely blows the mantra of "good guys stopping bad guys" that the orange man has trumpeted at times. And of course, I'm sure you all know that guns don't kill people? :duh: :duh: :duh: :duh: :duh:

In 2016 there were 11004 murders by firearm in USA, but no gun ownership in the USA is not a problem apparently.

This idiot is so close to understanding the intention of the 2nd amendment but instead of that, he thinks that the modern weapons of mass murder would have been just fine with the founding fathers.

Just before I finish, whilst USA gun laws are screwed up, let's not get too pious about our place in the world. According to FBI figures for 2011, the UK had the highest figures in the entire world for violent crime compared by number per 100 000 people.

Tonight I listened to a bit of the talking in the White House about the shooting in the Florida school. The parents and others who were there to talk were obviously coached not under any circumstances to mention the NRA, not one single mention in listening for half an hour or more.

Instead, it appears that more guns are the answer, some surreptitiously armed lunch servers, football coaches and teachers because as we know all that is needed is a good guy to kill the bad guy, right? :duh: :duh: :duh:

Fact: you cannot buy a pistol in Florida until you are 21 and then you must have a 3 day cooling off period before you collect it, you cannot buy a beer until you are 21, but you can buy an assault rifle when you are 18, indeed the shooter Nikolas Cruz bought at least 7 of then legally.

In Tallahassee today the state refused to debate access to assault rifles, but in other news, they did debate pornography and decided it is a health hazard. Foul play is possible as one state representative has an enemy who is a white stick manufacturer.

Trump played golf while funerals of the murdered children took place.

He is a colossal Warren Gatland.

I think you mentioned him before, to my shame, I’ve yet to acquaint myself with him.

So......... nah a wiki page tells me he throws in Celebrity gossip, which makes him unwatchable for me, irrespective of anything useful he may offer.
