Pity for the player himself if that is true. He is a guy with a lot of potential. Being at Ulster in the current climate probably not doing him any favours. Moving him to 15 even for part of games is a hammer blow to his personal development. He doesn't have the vision or the defensive ability to play there.

Jakob was in the rumoured 23 via the Dublin media etc this morning.

Big news from the rumoured team is that Toner is on the bench. Ryan starts.

I hope that is true now. I'll leave my point stand about Ulster though. Guys like Stockdale need a better coaching environment at their club.

Yerra players must have had a free day or something. Still it doesn't say much they'd want to spend free time in Belfast. What are they like. :D :D

Well fair play to him. PJ and Olding haven't been found guilty of anything yet.

Yeah the beeb had footage of him going in with some coaches. Fair dues for turning up, would have thought he could have rested up at home today.

Gilroy was there yesterday, makes you wonder what the UR thoughts are on this, suppose it is their own time but some will construe it as support for the players by UR

Joe is reducing the age profile by bringing in James Ryan. A bit tough on Dev Toner who never lets Ireland down but then Ryan is supposed to be the new POC.
It looks a very settled and overall experienced team despite the changes.
