Is he injured KOTH?

Do you know who gets priority over a player if Ulster have a game same weekend as Ireland U20? Something in my mind says Ulster do?

No idea, I thought he was rated higher than Jack Owens.

My memory is that Provinces get priority over U20.

I've been hearing good things about Dow for too long now. Is he ever going to make the step up?

I doubt you'll get more than a few seconds coverage in some highlights programme.

Provinces get priority over U20s. No province is under any obligation to release a player to the U20s and can recall a player at any time if they are required.

Stockdale injured.
You haven't seen me at my best yet. Let's be honest, you probably never will.

games are usually all televised in their entirety on rte. Jacob is carrying a knock or most likely he would have made up the 5th Qub/ Ulster player in the starting team.

He's only 20, if that - what other forwards had made the step up by this point in their careers? Henderson hadn't, Ferris hadn't. Bit early to be asking if he'll ever do it...
