There has been some shocking Welsh sides in recent years and I think they are now seen the same as Italy in that they are competitive for 2/3 games where they may be in with a shout but just dont have the squad strength to compete for the entire series.
They certainly need their best players to be firing so Hoggs absence today was all the more punishing.
Just a footnote, loved the refs refering to the big screen to change the yellow to a red card.
I thought he had got away with it up to that point.
