Carbery shows why Joe Schmidt will be banging his head off a wall chanting "why the fcuk did they chase Jackson away"

Wait, the representative for County Clare refers to Castres as “dirty animals”, >TANGRY listen Sir Alf, enough of that bullshite, a good team overcomes a team that go out to rough you up.

Munster and only Munster were the architects of their own demise, it was a poor performance and they had adequate protection from Barnes. Joey sadly was lamentable, often looking like a fart in a trance.

Poor poor performance and just for emphasis, only themselves to blame.
Awww poor Bagsniffer ignoring the rest of my post. To re-iterate for the old lad - Castres are certainly dirty animals but as I said as clearly as is possible to say Munster have no excuse for losing a game they should have won.

Sir Alf, you appeared to be trying to make some point there but I'm afraid its vanished into the ether.

They lost by a point with Carbery missing a sitter of a penalty. He was terrible but most on other provincial forums are ignoring this. There was a reason that Cullen picked Byrne.

Even the best kickers miss ones they should get from time to time.

I still go back to them not taking the 3 in front of the post at the end of the first half. I called it dumb immediately and was concerned it would play a part in costing us the game.

That's not to get away from the fact that Joey should have done better with a couple of those missed kicks.

Munster PR machine in full swing to try and get Alby Mathewson a further extension to end of season if not longer!

To protect Murray, the FIRFUCs will oblige and if they get him fully ready for the RWC, few of the whitelivered Warren Gatland who continue to support the FIRFUCs financially and emotionally will have cause to complain.

Ulster have spunked much gold on Henry Speight, I doubt only the mentally inadequate will be awaiting the arrival of a white knight crossing the Boyne wearing a #4 jumper any time soon. Even LastKnight would fill a jumper.

Shan

The decision not to take the points before half time was moronic at best.

Self -Belief is fine with ten minutes on the clock — but with only 2 minutes to half time and away from home it insults the opposition and buys fingers up on failure .

Rightly so. The right thing to do would be to extend his contract until the end of next season.

Agreed. Ulster go weak at the knees when D4 ring up. Probably let on they are not in. Munster tell D4 what's what.

The Donkey Ryan situation aside.

Munster have already signed a new scrum-half for next season.

You can never have too many scrum halves in Munster
