Not Oz, not Dubai. My quess is the holiday Rob has a picture up of on Instagram on 5th May. on 4th May, Jess's Insta shows another sunny pic of the pair, but wee Dave is with them. Can't be sure if this is before leaving, or while away.
Either way, I think it was a short break away and someone in Europe. Would fit with the architecture and accents in the video.

There's a comment between two young lads at the time saying 'that answers our question then'. Perhaps lads who thought they saw him but weren't sure, then the Instagram picture backed up what/who they thought they had seen.
