A borefest of a game with 92 being handicapped by Lambe getting injured in the first minute and the 3rd choice outhalf taking the field .

Barnes then took hold of the game as he is inclined to do ,failing to award penalties at the time of infringement for personal fouls .

And allowing the French away with, going off their feet into rucks/continuous off side / and deliberate Knock Ons ,when inside their own 22.

(Don’t like Yellow Cards but sometimes cynical rugby requires them)

Not the greatest refereeing display but then it was a game which was difficult to referee and maintain action because of the nature of the teams and occasion .

The French backs handicapped and having an overweight pack playing off their feet at the ruck and Leinster playing a safety first game off a slow recycle .
.

But I got the result wrong. We won by 3 :mexican:
It was a nice touch giving Isa and Jordi the taking of the cup.
You were a disgrace
Wrong tactics from the so called tactical genius at 10
The loop then bottles kicking duties again in a big game
Do you not trust wee joey?

Plug & Bomber clearly don’t trust him on the big occasions eh?

Mainly because he's

1. Shyte
2. A liability offensively
3. MIA in defence

Janny in big games has passed over kicking duties
He's a bottler of pressure kicks

I think that's unfair in the light of his performances in the 6 Nations. No lover of him but give the man his due.

In relation to the specific area that young Russ raised regarding pressure kicks, it's absolutely fair. Several examples in the recent 6N.

There is a big difference between an against the odds drop goal and standing over a pressure kick that you should make. Jonny is a good kicker but when the heat is on he can get ropey or feel an injury coming on. Don't think anyone can argue with that.

I think Sexton had a couple of knocks went for the kick soon after 1/2 time utterly banjaxed it and was told to give the kicks to someone else .

But the fact he remained on the pitch identifies all that is wrong with Carberry .

You can’t risk him in big games against a big pack even when the guy on the pitch is only 55% present .

Indeed. Leinster are 4 times European Champions. What a pity they weren't more interested in entertainment via defensive inability and basket case rugby in general. :D :D

May I grudgingly congratulate the heinous Mexicanbastards. Much as I hate their guts as a club, 4 stars on their jumper will look quite pretty.

Good to see though that the run of hateful clubs winning the SDC has been extended to 6 in a row, Mexico, Sorries & Toulon, what a shower ofbastards.

Good, however, to see the Franglais frozen out of trophies with Caaaaaaaaaaaaaaadiff winning the Parker Pen, only Pro14 teams apparently have a hint of bottle.
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

Girvan Dempsey leaving Leinster to take up a coaching position with Bath next year.

Does that mean Isa the Spide will be given a coaching role?
