Think this story could still have more turns than middle-aged man on the pi$h in Biarritz.
Needs 75% support to get through.
75% is an unbelievably high bar, 66% is more normal for fundamental changes like this.
(Simple majority for brexit eh? What a fúcked up decision that was.)
Pretty sure 75% is required for things that will significantly reduce capital.

Brexit went through on simple majority and that significantly reduced capital

If it was the bailiffs would be in doing a clean out.

R19 games:

Fri 7th Apr
7:35pm Edinburgh v Westies BBC ALBA/TG4
7:35pm Ulster v Cardiff BBC2NI/BBC2W

Sat 8th Apr
1:30pm Zebre v Dragons
3pm Ospreys v Mexicans Sky Sports 1
7:35pm Scarlets v Treviso S4C
7:35pm Turnips v Glasgow TG4/BBC ALBA

Edinburgh game is a bit of a dead rubber. Ulster need a BP win with Scarlets surely getting one v Treviso. Zebre have a good chance of becoming top Italian side.

Could be a huge weekend in terms of Top 2. Team selection will be interesting, bound to be changes after the Euro QF. Wins for both Irish sides could leave Ospreys with a lot to do etc

Am I not right in thinking the WRU are already a 50% shareholder, means they need 50% of the other shareholders. Ah sure waddyeyeno?

The 75 applies to the % of the Newport RFC shareholders who must approve the WRU offer. They currently own Rodney Parade. The deal would see the ownership to pass to WRU with all debts wiped out.

Zebre back to usual form. Glasgow have BP by 30 mins.

Zebre v Treviso in R22 will decide the Italian dash for the Euro spot.
