Stade were pretty poor - Munster will fancy their chances of doing the double over them. Oyonnax played well, have another big league game at Grenoble next week - no doubt they will make changes for the game on Jan 10th.

Comfortable enough win for Oyo in the end, moves them off the bottom of the table and hopefully keeps their minds fully fixed on the Top14 in a couple of weeks time when we go there.

Yes we have already beat them twice in the pool, but for info Toulouse in their lovely batman shirts are heading to a BP win over Toulon 31 8 with a few minutes left.

I see our friends from 2Loos thumped JW's 2Lon with a TBP.

Doesn't quite tell the tale mind you. With 2Lon 14 points down but pounding the 2Loos line there was phase after phase where 2Loos committed cynical penalties in Pen try situations but the ref just kept awarding penalties - 5 in 5 phases at one stage, without feeling a yellow card was warranted.

Eventually 2Loos lifted the siege and scored twice themselves but were saved by a ref so incompetent that he makes the murdered Mayor of Limerick's grandson/great grandson look stellar.
