Indeed. Shower of langers. No better than those who think every not guilty verdict means the prosecuting party must have lied. I'm talking in general. We don't have a crown down here for example. I meant those on the prosecution side including any alleged victims.pwrmoore wrote:

And in case it is needed to clarify further - Somebody can believe they are the victim of a crime. In some cases a jury will give a verdict which in law says that such an individual is mistaken / wrong. Obviously there are also cases of folk who pretend to be victims. My primary point is that neither I, nor anybody else apart from the person themselves and possibly close parties, can know which category anybody is in.
In the context of the incident at issue for folk on this site - I would take the Stuart Olding post-trial public position. Some folk could learn from him.
